Your Personal Data collected are: Name, email ID, phone number, previous employment with Poorvika details, date of birth, address details, gender, photograph, resume, work experience, reference details, salary expectations, LinkedIn Profile, previous employment details and related documents such as appointment and relieving letter, current employer offer letter and salary revision letter, salary slips , work related skills, education details and related documents such as mark sheets and certificates, signature, identity proof and address proof such as Aadhar/Pan card/Driving License (in case shortlisted).

Your Personal Data collected by Poorvika will be stored with internal teams such as Talent acquisition or administration, Employee relations, training and assessment, Compensation and benefits, and with our authorized third party service providers who may require access to the same for processing in relation to the above stated purpose(s).
Your Personal Data will reside on the servers of our authorized service providers located in India.
Appropriate measures will be taken to prevent unauthorized access, unlawful processing, unauthorized or accidental loss or destruction of the Personal Data.
Personal Data that is no longer required to be retained as per legal and business requirements will be disposed of in a secure manner.
You are entitled at any time to access and rectify your Personal Data. These rights may be exercised by sending us a mail to [email protected]
You acknowledge that any personal information that you share about data subjects (other than yourself) is shared by you only after seeking consent from the person to whom the Personal Data belongs.
You understand that Poorvika will store your Personal Data for the duration of the recruitment process and thereafter for a period of three years.
